Through sickness and health is what we said in our vows almost 7 years ago to this release date. Join me as I interview my husband about his side of the journey through my depression. Sometimes when we are having mental health issues we can't even see how it is affecting people around us. I was not going through my journey alone. In fact my husband also had depression, anxiety and was expected to provide when he could barely provide life for himself.
In this episode we talk about our anxiety and depression, a possible divorce that was looming in the background, and how it resolved after years of desperation we were both feeling. This is our journey of truth of through sickness and health.
