For those who haven't heard, Dr. Kevin Vost passed away in early April of 2023. He was an amazing men who was passionate about fitness, health, and nutrition. Most importantly, he loved the Lord and the Catholic Church. It is for this reason we are re-publishing this episode with him as a smallest form of gratitude we can offer. Please be praying for the repose of his soul and his family during this time.

Dr. Kevin Vost, Psy.D., was the author of twenty books including Memorize the Faith! and How to Think Like Aquinas and has taught psychology at Aquinas College in Nashville, Tennessee, the University of Illinois at Springfield, Lincoln Land Community College, and MacMurray College. He was a member of the Research Review Committee for American Mensa, which promotes the scientific study of human intelligence.
