An Interview with Amy Harding
In this episode, we explore the topic of mental imbalances and mental health in the light of yoga and ayurveda.
We connect with Amy Harding as she shares her dream of creating a space where mental illness can be addressed with respect, a nourishing environment and understanding.
Growing up with mental illness in the family, Amy has always had a passion driving her to find the right tools to help and heal our society when our minds become imbalanced.
She has seen such a transformation in her own mind, coming from a place of feeling lots of anxiety to living more balanced and calm thanks to the tools of yoga and ayurveda. Now she wants to share the tools of yoga and wash away the taboos around mental illness to make it okay to ask for help when it is needed. Asking for help is not a weakness but rather a sign of courage and responsibility.
