Welcome to the meditation conversation, the podcast to support your spiritual revolution. I'm your host, Cara Goodwin. And I was so excited to talk to this visionary inventor, Gail Lynn, in this episode, and I was not disappointed.
We talk about her fascinating invention called the harmonic egg. And she shares about how this technology came from the Syrian star system and the fascinating story of how she realized her Syrian connection.
She also talked about the remarkable initiative that has just been released, which is her new movie entitled it's time. You're going to love this inspirational high vibe episode.
Gail Lynn is a renowned, visionary, inventor and pioneer in the realm of frequency healing. I celebrated for her groundbreaking creation, the harmonic egg. She went on to also create the lift as a home unit. These innovative sound and light [00:01:00] frequency chambers designed with the aim of fostering holistic healing and wellness
Stan's is a Testament to Gail's visionary approach to promoting mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing. She's the author of unlocking the ancient secrets to healing. Why science is looking to the past for the future of medicine.
get into Gail's episode in just a moment, but I wanted to let you know, first about love tuner.
I had loved tuners founder, Sigmar Berg on a recent episode where we talked about the magic of sound frequencies, specifically the love frequency of 5 28. Love tuner gives you simple and immediate access to this frequency throughout your day. There's so many benefits from utilizing the power of the breath to being in the sound itself, to just taking a couple of minutes.
Pause. I've personally loved using it for infusing the frequency into different rooms and spaces. Use my link in the notes and code Kara for 10% off. That's K a R a for 10% off. Love [00:02:00] tuner. And now enjoy this episode.
Kara Goodwin: All right. Well, welcome Gail. I'm so excited to talk to you today. Thanks for coming on.
Gail Lynn: Thank you for having me. I was really looking forward to this since you know, our mutual friend, Mara.
Kara Goodwin: Yes. Hello, Mara. Mara has been on, um, hello in the future if she's listening. you are the creator of the harmonic egg and I'm so excited to talk to you because our mutual friend Mara has a harmonic egg and that's part of the services that she offers. And I, I think I learned about it a couple of years ago because of her venture. And it's, I heard about it, I was like, Oh my God. The future's here. Like it's happening. You know, this is, this is the future where, where it's arriving right now. So us first, tell us about the harmonic egg and then I really want to get into how [00:03:00] it came to be from, from your perspective.
Gail Lynn: And my explanation of it might answer some of both questions. So the harmonic egg and knowing, knowing your audience, I can say it is a Syrian technology and it came through me. It's not from me, but I really feel like it came from, um, past lives and past teachers of mine and other.
And I think it's, it's needed on the planet now, and I think that's why it's here now. Now, Edgar Cayce, Nikola Tesla, Albert Einstein, so many people have said the future of medicine is frequency medicine. And like you said, the future is now, it is here. And there are so many of my clients that have told me that they have used these types of pods in other places, we'll just say, and for healing.
Thanks And it's a little bit spaceshipy, [00:04:00] if that's even a grammatical correct word, it's spaceshipy and a lot of people go in and they say, it looks, it reminds me of a spaceship or a cocoon or a womb space. And it's been really interesting to listen to the testimonials that come through. I would have never in my wildest dreams imagined.
I would see the testimonials thousands and thousands of testimonials coming through. For people connecting to their higher self, finding more love for themselves, finding more, um, compassion for others by connecting inside the egg to their vibrational being of light that they are and being able to, What one what one psychic said that they leave with a golden strand that's attached to them as they walk and this golden strand or string is following them and creating that energy for people that they meet people that they run into grocery stores everywhere.
So [00:05:00] it's spreading. In a different way, and when people are in love with themselves, when people are connected to themselves, they can heal, they can help others to heal and then open up that awakening that it's kind of a buzzword, but you need to wake up, you know, the world's awakening. But what does that mean?
You know, for me, it means that you're in love with yourself. You're in love with humanity. You're in love with nature. You're taking care of the planet. You're taking care of others. You're being selfless. Where you're just giving back and knowing that the pay it forward is a real thing and it's going to come back to you.
So the Harmonic Egg really invokes that in people using sound and light in a resonant chamber, but the resonant chamber is very special. It's the golden ratio. It's got sacred geometry in the design and there's sacred Jim geometric forms inside. Um, it's made [00:06:00] out of wood. There's not a lot of, there's no screens, no Bluetooth, no wifi, no EMFs inside acts as a bit of a Faraday cage.
And we're so bombarded with all these electronics and all these waveforms and all these, you know, EMFs. We. Need to take time for ourselves in a space to heal ourselves. And this is it. It's 40 minutes of music and 10 minutes of complete silence. The silence is where the magic happens. That's when you get the downloads.
We all know that when we're channeling or we're having, uh, you know, uh, inspirational images or ideas, it's in silence. You're you're driving, you know, it's kind of a autopilot thing and you get all these downloads, you're in the shower or you're just waking up or you're sitting in silence and your meditation, that's when you get the messages from God, from source, from, from the universe.
And I feel like the egg is just. It's getting [00:07:00] people to that place where they can drop into that place more easily. So I think that answers your question.
Kara Goodwin: Yes. So you mentioned it's light and it's sound and it's also color, right? I mean, that's part of the light as well.
Gail Lynn: Correct.
Kara Goodwin: So if somebody is unfamiliar with the role of frequency and what sound and light and color and so forth has to do with that, can you, can you give a little bit of a crash course as to
Gail Lynn: For sure.
Kara Goodwin: role of frequency in our health?
Gail Lynn: So everything is, has a frequency. Um, if you read David Hawkins work power versus force, you'll understand that he'll say like 250 Hertz is low vibration. It's, you know, um, shame, guilt, hate, fear. And as you start to go to what he calls the Christ [00:08:00] consciousness in his Book, which was written years and years ago, I think it was a thousand Hertz was the Christ consciousness, but even before he passed away, he had admitted that it is going up.
So it is going up dramatically. So 1200 Hertz, I think at the last time he noted, it was the Christ consciousness. So you want to get to that place of being love and gratitude. And I don't believe that disease can live in love. Disease doesn't live in gratitude and love. It lives in hate and shame and fear and, and just those low vibration type of energies.
And we also know that those energies are attached to an organ. So anger for the liver and kidneys, fear, lungs, grief. So when people come in and they used to come to my center and they would have a liver problem, I'd say, what are you angry about? And they would think I was psychic. Because they were like, why do you know?
I'm so angry. I'm so angry with my partner or my [00:09:00] mom or my son or my whatever, my boss. And so we hold that anger in each of the organs. So when we can rise above the frequency of those lower vibrations, we don't need to have disease. And that's what I focus on in the egg is waveforms of instruments and frequencies of.
Light and frequencies of sound in a resonant chamber. So for example, the flute resonates really well with the liver. It's a, it's a really simple waveform and the liver is, I think, testing 2000 functions. It's so crazy how much our liver does for our body. And so we really want to take care of our body as a system and use higher frequencies.
to do that. There's the self agio suite. People will say, I listened to 396 or 528 Hertz. Some people are also really caught up on [00:10:00] 432 versus 440 Hertz when listening to music because they think that, um, our music is coded to, to brainwash us. But I really look at in the egg, the waveforms of instruments and watch.
What each waveform can do for the body and the systems of the body. And I really believe that frequencies are now, it's not the future anymore. It's now. And the more that we can focus on the frequencies of sound and the frequencies of light, we all know how music affects us. Music is sometimes just the only thing that saves us in our lives.
You listen to your favorite song and all of a sudden you're in a good mood again. There's a frequency there that your body needs. There's also a tone. So people can be recording it in the tone of C or the key of C. Some people call it tones, some people call it keys. You, you hear, you know, A sharp, B flat, you [00:11:00] hear these different musical tones.
And you could be missing a tone from your body, which could correlate to an emotional or a physical disease. And my mentor in this work is Ani Williams. She learned from Sherry Edwards. So people will know some of these names. And when you're missing the tone of E, you could have lung problems. When you're missing the tone of C, you could have erectile dysfunction or heart problems.
So it is also a thing that you're replenishing tones through music. That you might have been missing because of a trauma. So sometimes you're born with everything, but as trauma happens in the baggage that we get, we start to deplete ourselves of minerals, but we forget that we replete, we deplete ourselves of tones.
It's really interesting.
Kara Goodwin: That is fascinating. It, it's funny too, because I've been taking a deep dive into homeopathy, and there's such an echo in terms of [00:12:00] when you talk about tones, because homeopathy is, it is, I mean, you, you are ingesting a a pillulal, but it, it's, a frequency like it's, you can, you could look at the molecules under a microscope and it's sugar and water or whatever, but there's no like compound there, but it's so diluted, it's basically that's kind of the theory behind it is that it's. There are frequencies that are missing, and homeopathy, as an example, can help, you know, that's one of the methods that we can use to replace that, and there's a lot of similarity with what you're talking about, I have not really made that connection with tones. But I think it's all saying a very similar thing.
It's just this, you know, this holistic picture of how we are these beings. And there are these different ways that frequencies present. So it could be as a, like you say, like kind of as a [00:13:00] mineral or it might be something, a depletion within an organ, but you can also look at it harmonically. And, um, That's what's so fascinating.
I love that. Well, and we look at the chakras, which are really interesting. And we see that the chakras all have a tone associated with them. I think we don't look at that because we don't understand it. We just look at the colors, you know, red for root chakra, purple for crown chakra, but each one of them has a tone associated with it as well.
Gail Lynn: And I love homeopathy because it actually should be something we should looking at, be looking at people think that more is better. If 10 minutes in the egg is good, then 10 hours is better. No, that's not true. You can over detox your body. You can get your body to spin out of control. So they say, Oh, if I take, you know, a hundred milligrams of something, then a thousand is better.
No, I love the homeopathy. Tradition [00:14:00] and concept because it's just a small amount to retrain your body and your body's like, oh, oh, I see just a little amount. Your body's so smart and we are so amazing at healing and we just overdo it. We have this mentality of like more is better. And even my dad. used to teach me everything in moderation.
Kara Goodwin: Yeah. Well, I'm very proud of myself for going 15 minutes after you have, you brought up the Syrian connection and I didn't say anything. And now chomping at the bit. Please tell me more about the Syrian connection and how that, I mean, the fact that not only you perceived this connection, but it's It's, it's developed to the point that you have invented this incredible futuristic technology that is, it's groundbreaking.
So, can you share [00:15:00] whatever, um, you feel called to share about that? I want to know
Gail Lynn: Absolutely. Everything. Everything. Um, okay. Where do I start for you then? Let me think. Um, so I really didn't know where this came from. I knew it wasn't from me. It came through me. And I remember being in the prototype of the egg and I remember building it and the guy that was building it for me, well, he said, okay, here it is.
I said, that's not right. Well, what's wrong? I said, I don't know. It just doesn't feel right. So we spent a year putting this together. And then finally it was like, that's it. That's now it feels right. But I didn't really know. I just knew it didn't feel right. And so it was very frustrating for me and for him because I couldn't explain to him why it wasn't right.
But it didn't feel right. And so I was sitting in the prototype of the egg and I remember my birth and I remember there was something in the room. I remember it was above the ceiling. It wasn't the [00:16:00] doctors. It wasn't my parents. And I remember the, whoever it was rubbing their hands together and excitement.
I know not everybody's going to be watching me. So rubbing their hands together like, Oh, she's here. That was the first sign that I realized that I was here for a reason, and I've been doing, oh my gosh, um, astrology readings and they said, you're here to serve the ascended masters that you signed this contract to work for the ascended masters.
You are an ascended master and I'm freaking out because I didn't want to be the teacher. I always wanted teachers. And so I was sitting in the egg and I put blue light on the bottom, purple light on the top. And I remember crying and remembering who my teachers were, who my family was. And it was a weird cry.
It was that cry where You're happy and you're sad. I was so happy to reconnect with my Syrian [00:17:00] family, but I was so sad because I missed them so much. And I realized how much I miss them. And they told me, go talk to Douglas. This is a guy that was a client of mine, a friend of mine for many, many years. And I hadn't talked to him for, Probably six, seven years.
So I got out of the egg and I called him up. I said, Hey, this is the first question I asked him. Are you Syrian? You would think that would be a really crazy question to call somebody up. And that's the, Hey, hi, are you Syrian? And he says, as a matter of fact, I am. Why do you ask? And that's how it started to really.
Gel and so I said, would you please come into the center and try this egg? And he said, absolutely. And he, in fact, verified it was a Syrian technology. And he said to me, he said, Gail, you were a master geneticist on the spaceships. We used to fly [00:18:00] these egg shaped ships, and he said, I would blow up all the time.
And you, as long as you had one cell, you could bring me back. You were such a master at doing that.
Kara Goodwin: chills.
Gail Lynn: Yeah. And I was like, what? So then he said, and also your current boyfriend, he was the mechanic on every ship. You wanted him on the ship. If you were on a ship, you wanted him. Your boyfriend, his name is Bill, because he could fix anything and he would admire you from afar, but always so tentative and didn't want to approach you.
And I realize in this lifetime, he was a Viking when I was a Syrian mermaid. He is, then he was in the Navy for 22 years. So Viking ships. And then Navy ships and then spaceships and he just loves ships he and he can fix anything. Even in the Navy, they were like, how do you fix this ship? He's like, I don't know.
You just talk [00:19:00] to it. They tell you what's wrong. And then he went to work in a factory with, with machinery in a bakery and the same thing. Nobody can fix the machines. He was the only one that could. So Douglas had explained to me all this stuff. And I thought, wow, this is crazy. Cause I'm an engineer from Detroit.
So when I first started hearing this stuff, I felt like maybe I should go see a therapist and talk to somebody about how crazy I am. And after a while, you can't deny it. After a while, when people keep coming in and saying, oh, this is from planet serious B and I just, yeah, sure it is. It was really hard to embody that, though.
Kara Goodwin: Yes. Yes. That's a, so many things are fascinating about this. First of all, are you still in Detroit? Okay.
Gail Lynn: No, I live in Denver now. I'm actually, um, from Detroit. Yeah. My family's still there. I'll be actually going there Wednesday to visit them. So, yeah.
Kara Goodwin: Well, that's funny. I'm in just North of [00:20:00] Indianapolis, so I, you would
Gail Lynn: Okay,
Kara Goodwin: North of me, the Syrian connection with you sharing, were you a mermaid in the Syrian lifetime?
Gail Lynn: No,
Kara Goodwin: Is that
Gail Lynn: that was another 1. Yeah,
Kara Goodwin: Was that another
dimension or?
Gail Lynn: I think it was actually. On the planet earth, and I still wear the aqua aquamarine, you know, colors and stuff like that because of the mermaid connection. I have such a connection to mermaids, but I believe when he was a Viking warrior on on the earth plane, and that's when I was a mermaid. Then. Yeah.
Kara Goodwin: Just that
Gail Lynn: Yeah.
It's so fascinating. I mean, it's so fascinating. So many lifetimes,
Kara Goodwin: Yes. It's just fascinating. I had a, um, so I had Tony Gazi on recently who channels, um, the praying mantis, the mantis beings. so we had a session outside of the podcast, and that was one of the things that came [00:21:00] up that I'd not heard before. Really. I don't remember anybody ever saying that I had a mermaid life, but I had, um, and I don't think he mentioned where that was, but, um, He said that I was like very, very close with an ascended master whale, and that there was like, he kept seeing this huge whale eye and that that was like a big part of our communication. And, um, so that I just kind of, I was like, well, I love whales, love dolphins always have felt very, you know, Fascinated by them, but and then a couple of days later I was interviewing somebody on the podcast and she was also Syrian and that was something that just came up like as a, as an aside, and then she was talking a lot about whales and dolphins and I was like, Oh my God. Whales and dolphins, just like two days ago, you wouldn't know this, but blah, blah, blah. And now here we are again, and you're, you're bringing up mermaids [00:22:00] and I'm just like, it's everywhere. It's just funny how these synchronicities come up where I'm like, not on my radar at all. Mermaids, not on my radar. And then suddenly they're everywhere. So,
Gail Lynn: and I have never talked about this on a podcast ever, and I've done over a hundred podcasts.
Um, I've talked about dolphins, and I got this little gnat here. Um, I, I donate to Island Dolphin Care in Key Largo, Florida because of my connection with the dolphins, and I have done remote sessions on, on one of the dolphins in particular.
And the dolphin was talking to me and it was just hilarious what the dolphin was wanting me to do. Um, put rose petals around her picture and keep her away from the computer. Like I set the picture down and she was like, Oh no, no, do not put me near that electronic device. I'm thinking, yeah, you're smart.
Didn't think about it. And, uh, so then I went to go meet her cause I hadn't met her until, um, after the remote sessions and we [00:23:00] totally connected. I had to explain to her handlers that she was taking on the. ailments of the people that she was supporting in the therapy and that no one had taught her how to release.
So I was trying to teach her remotely. You don't have to hold onto this. This is not yours, but because she was born in captivity, um, she didn't understand. I don't have to hold onto this. And so I was trying to teach the handlers, tell her to let it go, just rub her down and send it into mother earth and let her know that she doesn't have to hold on to this.
And I do this with my horse as well, because my horse will tend to take on my stuff. And so when I went to go meet her, I brought a bunch of center owners because I got a private swim with like eight of my friends. And so I get that every year with my donation. And so I brought my friends and I said, where's this dolphin?
And I knew her name and everything. And I didn't really know what she looked like. I couldn't have [00:24:00] identified her. And all of a sudden this dolphin swims by and just like with one eye up, just staring at me, just staring at me and my friend, Mary, she's like, and that must be the dolphin, she recognizes you.
I'm like, that's impossible. Cause here's still my engineering, you know, background from Detroit. Like that's crazy. That's impossible. And she just kept staring at me, staring at me. And then, um, they let me hang out with her. And, um, she went down and got a mango pod and brought it up and gave it to me. And I gave her a kiss and I know it's a trick that they teach them to do, but it was, there was a different kind of connection.
And I just. was just so honored. Um, and they have a thing that you do. It's called the belly, a belly swim. So you put your arms out and they kind of swim up belly to belly. You hold on to him and they swim backwards and your belly to belly with them. And it is just some of the most beautiful energy and it's so amazing.
And the thing I like about Island Dolphin Care is that [00:25:00] they let the dolphins decide that they want to do it. They don't make them do it. And I want to say that because a lot of people in your audience might be, Oh, those places make these dolphins do it. And they abuse them. These dolphins are some of the most loved creatures, you know, in, um, in their world.
And so it's just, I, I love how they take care of the dolphins there.
Kara Goodwin: That is so beautiful. Wow. What an amazing Experience and story and profound connection. That's great. So I'd love to learn a little bit more about the harmonic egg. And if If people are listening and they're like, I want to do this. So what is it like if somebody, you, you mentioned the liver, for example, let's say somebody knows that they have an imbalance within their liver or they have some ailment with their liver. Would they have a different session in the egg than somebody who wants a spiritual connection? Or how much do you need [00:26:00] to about what you want to target with your time in the egg? Does that make sense?
Gail Lynn: Um, yes, absolutely. I have a whole training program for all the egg guardians. We call them egg guardians and they have a training manual. And I. Channel the different sessions in the, and I produce songs that I know are from high heart energy, high vibrational musicians. And I can say, okay, this one, I want drumming and trumpet.
So this is our new piece. It's called when nature sings it's drumming and trumpet. And the intention of that one is set for helping to hydrate the body. And to help hydrate the land, so the egg resonates, you know, sometimes it's a mile out. People will feel it. If you're very sensitive, you kind of can drive to an egg location by just tuning into the egg energy.
You can just kind of find it in the building. And a lot of animals will come to the door. And I know when I had my son, rabbits would look in the door, geese would look in the [00:27:00] door, dogs. People walking their dogs. I remember a lady, she said, uh, she came into the center. She goes, what is here? Because every time I take my dog for a walk, they go to your door.
And I showed her the egg. And she's like, Oh, of course the dog felt it.
Kara Goodwin: Wow.
Gail Lynn: I really feel like, um, I've created a good relationship. platform and a good foundation for the center owners, the egg guardians to tune into the client and what their needs are and help them set an intention for their session.
So if you have Parkinson's, it's going to be a different session with different music and different lights. Then if you come in for anxiety or, um, a spiritual, Connection of sorts. I feel like the spiritual colors are yellows and purples. It's the solar plexus chakra taking our power back and the crown chakra of opening that up to the spiritual realm.
So I love the purples and the, um, yellows when you want to have like a spiritual experience or something, but people want to have a spiritual experience and they have a really, [00:28:00] uh, sick body. We need mind, body, and spirit to be in balance. We really can't just work on our Third eye chakra and our crown chakra.
We have to be in balance. We have to work on that root chakra. We have to do grounding. We have to do our work as a human. And so the egg helps you to balance the mind, body, and spirit. And we always do a nervous system reboot on the first session and blues and purples, calming, cooling colors, relaxing colors.
So that if you have something like Parkinson's, your body thinks that's normal. That's why you have it. Body's like, this is normal. You have exhausted your body to a point where it's created this disease through emotions, through trauma, through physical problems, and that's the normal. So we want to reset the nervous system so that the nervous system says, Oh, Well, that's not normal.
Uh, we need to retrain the muscle memory of the nervous system to get the body back into balance [00:29:00] and then it can heal naturally. But we got to get that place, that environment. I don't want people to depend on this for the rest of their lives. Of course, if they want to, that's great. But for the, the egg, I want you to tune into your own body.
I want you to start loving yourself. And then I want you to work on healing yourself. You don't need all these tips and tricks and tools and crystals and drinking water upside down and taking 30 pills. You can do it without all that effort because our bodies are amazing, natural healing machines, if you will.
It's a technology. And so I want people to do enough sessions where the body then remembers. The perfection and then then I can come back if they, you know, getting a little fender bender or a family member dies and they think, oh, I need to go get a reboot because I'm so in grief right now or I hurt then I'll just go get reset.
And then you may not go back for another six [00:30:00] months or a year to begin with. I like people to do at least six sessions. I say three to six sessions. If it's something chronic, 10 sessions in a row, you cannot do it every day because it's too much detox. You have to let the body digest it. And a lot of people are addicted to energy work right now, so they do everything all too close together and the body doesn't know what to do.
So I tell them, you know, wait at least a week to do it, um, after a session and then in between, don't do acupuncture and massage and Reiki and all kinds of other energy modalities. Pick one that resonates with you. It doesn't have to be the egg. It could be some other pod or some other vibration bed or a light therapy wall, whatever it is, pick it and let it do what it needs to do for you because you chose that.
You resonated with that. Your body resonated with that. If you just start doing too much stuff, then people are just spinning their body out of control. And it just makes [00:31:00] me frustrated with all these beautiful modalities out there and they're not using them properly. So I really want people to understand that energy work is very powerful and you wouldn't eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner all at eight o'clock in the morning.
You let it digest, then you go to lunch and you let it digest and you go to dinner, let these digest, let yourselves really embody what the gift was from that modality and then do another one.
Kara Goodwin: That's, that's beautiful. do you have some, some success stories that kind of help people to understand the power potential with the egg?
Gail Lynn: Um, hundreds of them,
Kara Goodwin: What are some of your
Gail Lynn: some that come to mind. Yeah. Some of that come to mind are, um, uh, a little boy with autism that spoke his first words. So that's beautiful. It's really [00:32:00] helping autism and, um, the, uh, the words were powerful egg.
Kara Goodwin: Wow.
Gail Lynn: Yeah, can you imagine it's like, um, one lady, her son committed suicide and she's left a beautiful testimonial that she was going to commit suicide as well. And she went into the egg and did not because she realized that she was still here for some reasons, and she connected with her son on the other side in the egg and did not commit suicide.
So she said the egg saved her life. Now for me, I'm not God and I don't accept that. Um, they're like, they'd say, Oh, Gail, you saved my life. No, you saved your own life. I'll start tearing up. You saved your own life because you went to do something to get the help. So I've had a lot of people tell me like, you saved my life.
I'm like, no, you're here. You're [00:33:00] saving your own life. Like, first of all, don't put that on me. Right.
Kara Goodwin: Yeah.
Gail Lynn: I don't, want to take that on like, I, you know, people say, Oh, you're such an amazing healer. No, I'm not a healer. The egg is the environment by which the body can heal. And I'm just the one that was crazy enough to bring it through.
Um, I have a lot of my own flaws. Still. And so you don't want me to put my hands on you when I'm in a bad mood. I don't want to pass that energy on to you at all. Right? The egg is consistent and repeatable. It doesn't have a bad day. It is a conscious technology that's run by beautiful beings of light.
That, you know, um, they don't go through divorces and have, like, get cut off in traffic or have a bad financial quarter, right? So they're not living in any fear. Sorry, I get emotional when I talk about the clients and the people.
Um,
Kara Goodwin: It's beautiful
Gail Lynn: [00:34:00] my, my boyfriend was, um, he had, he had suffered a heart attack. This is his, this is his story of how his heart regenerated.
Um, he had suffered a heart attack after the love of his life passed away after 27 years of marriage. And, um, he really, I mean, a broken heart is real. He had a heart attack after she passed away, 40 percent of his heart died with her and he had a pacemaker put in and he had stints put in and, um, we met, you know, I don't know, 10 years after, well, we met pretty quick after she passed away and I didn't know, but we broke up because he just wasn't ready.
Um, he was still so in his wild oats, if you will. It was cute. And, um, so then 7 years later, we met back up again and he said, you know, I loved you from the 1st day that I met you, but I was going to ruin your life if you were going to be, you know, going to the bars. And I was just kind of a mess. And I said, yeah, so he started doing sessions and [00:35:00] he does sessions every week.
So it was time to get the pacemaker battery changed. And so at that point they do the ejection fraction numbers and cardiac output numbers and they test the heart. And I had a lot of doctors that came to my center to do healing. And, um, so a medical doctor said, well, give me his numbers and I'll tell you how much of his heart is still dead.
I said, okay, cool. So I give him the numbers and he looks at the numbers and he looks at me. He looks at the numbers and he looks at me. He looks at the numbers. He's like. Are these his numbers? I said, yeah, he goes, this is a fully functioning heart. And I said, so do you suppose his heart regenerated? He goes, well, Gail, all I'm telling you is these are normal numbers for a fully functioning heart.
I can't explain it, but I know our liver can regenerate. People have had their thyroid taken out and the thyroid has, you know, regenerated because there were still a few cells of the thyroid in there. Our bodies are freaking amazing. I've had people, I mean, I've even had a [00:36:00] tooth that had. Um, a gap in it and it looked like it was decaying and, and, um, so I set the intention to regenerate the tooth and I went back to the dentist and she could literally put that little pick thing in between the gum and the tooth.
And so I knew there was definitely something that was, uh, it was eroding or, you know, it was disintegrating, whatever word you want to use. She had a word for it. And then I went back six months later and she couldn't put that needle in there. It had grown back.
Kara Goodwin: And I think
Gail Lynn: So I,
Kara Goodwin: accept the conventional wisdom is that teeth, if they just go one direction, that they deteriorate and that's it. So
Gail Lynn: yeah, and I even asked her, I said, the last time the hygienist was able to put that little pick in there and I saw her do it, she showed me in the mirror and then the dentist just blows it off. They're like, well, you know, Gail, maybe she didn't do it. I'm like, the thing went in a hole. The hole's not there anymore.
Like, how do you try to justify this to [00:37:00] me? Seriously. So, yeah, but my final story, this is because this is a funny part of his heart. And so, um, you know, did the egg help him regenerate his heart? But I always say it's because he just loves me so much. His heart grew like the Grinch.
Kara Goodwin: Oh, yes, it's all part of it. It all
Gail Lynn: Yeah. So, you know, I'm, I'm also very skeptical. So sometimes I'm like, okay, why did that happen? Well, you know, he's in love with me and maybe that's what made his heart regenerate or heart grow. Um, although, you know, cause I'm always trying to say, what, how can I, Dispel this. How can I just say that this doesn't work?
How can I prove to myself that this is not working? That there's some other reason that's my engineering mind. There's some other reason that this worked. And you know, so I, I'm the biggest skeptic of the egg anyway, but it works time and time again, it works.
Kara Goodwin: I love that your frame of reference is [00:38:00] evolved enough, even as an engineer, for you to be like, well, maybe it's just because he loves me so much. He has so much emotional love that frequency has rebuilt his heart. I mean, still, try to have a doctor give that as a reason that numbers are so. So much removed. You know what I mean? Even that, like, is, that's still a big leap. just, it just fits very nicely in the miracle, unexplainable realm, whatever the cause.
Gail Lynn: Miracles happen every day. I mean, well, who's to say that's what I get so angry about. Who's to say that it takes six to eight weeks to heal a broken bone. I've seen people come into the center and their bones were not broken after three sessions. And that wasn't six or eight weeks. It was just a couple of weeks and the doctors can't explain it.
Our body can heal. We believe that we scratch ourselves and it bleeds. We know it's going to scab over and heal. So why [00:39:00] can't we believe and trust in our bodies to heal from, you know, the big C or chronic illnesses?
Kara Goodwin: Yeah. Yeah. That's beautiful. Now, before we started recording, you were talking about your new movie that just came out. tell us about this. This sounds amazing.
Gail Lynn: Oh my gosh. It's a labor of love for sure. It's, um, we started on this journey because I said, you know, what's next for me? And, you know, when people tell me something, I usually just take it and run with it. They said, you should do a documentary. I'm like, okay, she's like, okay, let's do this. That was like, I think they told me this, uh, December, January of last year, January this year, but December last year.
And I started interviewing filmmakers and I hired somebody. And here we are releasing the movie September 18th that were released 2024. And. I wanted something to put a message out [00:40:00] there that would express to people. And I wanted it to come out before the election because I just think this election is so stressful for people.
And if we just realized that if we could do things with more love, more kindness. More community and realize that judgment is the only thing that separates us. We're more powerful than anyone when we're united, but we are the divided states of America and you know, it's, everybody's against everybody and I'm just tired of it.
I thought, let me put out a film. Let me interview neuroscientists and healthcare attorney and naturopathic doctors and spiritual healers. And let me. Interview them on how can we change the world? Sound and light comes up because I am who I am. So sound and light comes up about how you can heal the body, but also that when you do anything with love, And more and more [00:41:00] people that can come together and do things with love, we can heal, we can change the world.
And so I thought, well, I'll put out this cute little film, right? And it's 50 minutes. It's called it's time because every time I would tell somebody about, they're like, it's time for that. It's time for more love. It's time for more kindness. It's time. I'm like, that's the freaking name of the movie. It's time.
And so at the, um, at the end of this whole journey, you know, people were like, I don't know how it's going to do. I said, I don't know either. You know, within a day I got a call and somebody wanted to license the film.
I'm like, what? And they said, it's, it's perfect. We'd be honored to have it on our, on our streaming platform. And I was like, okay. And I'm getting people saying it's a masterpiece. Now, did I ever think that my little tiny film was going to be called a masterpiece? No. Um, it's just, everything was intuitive.
I said, you know, we need to do this and we need to do this and we have to have my [00:42:00] horse in there. We have to show my relationship with my horse. So people can understand that they can have a relationship with nature and they can have a relationship with animals and they can have a relationship with other human beings with this, this beautiful, I don't know, act of kindness.
And so at the end we challenge people, you know, if you, if, If 10 percent of the population would do one extra act of kindness or extra something in love, we can change the world. So I put it out there and it's getting great reviews and I'm just, I can't believe it. I thought, okay, I just put it out there.
So it's going to be free forever as a dropdown menu. And it says, watch for free. I just want the message to get out there. And my goal is to get 1 million people to view it. And if those million people will do something every day with more love, I think the whole, we can change all this energy of hate and division [00:43:00] and anger and judgment.
So there you have it.
Kara Goodwin: I love it. And they go to it's time dot love for that. Right?
Gail Lynn: Yes.
Kara Goodwin: Yeah. Well, it goes back to, to what you talked about with David Hawkins. Is that I right? David Hawkins, love, love power versus force.
Gail Lynn: power versus force. Yeah,
Kara Goodwin: Right. And how, because you were talking about when you're in those lower, um, those lower numbers, you know, down in the 50s and the 20s and even up to like 150 or 200 or whatever, where so many people are. That's kind of mainstream, Mentality and consciousness, but when you do start getting up into the six hundreds and seven hundreds and you know, a thousand plus and so forth, he talks about it's not that the, the, um, scale, you know, the, the outweighing one person is [00:44:00] embodying. 600 or an 800 or whatever it is, those higher numbers outweighs tens of or offsets tens of thousands of people at lower levels of consciousness. So it's not just like, I mean, I love what you say. If I can get this many people. To just make this small change, but do it every day and the momentum that gets built from that. And the vortex, I mean, it's, it creates this beautiful vortex that just everybody can get swept up in. it's, it's very, very. tangible and beneficial for everybody. So it's, you know, it all comes full circle, but it's an amazing initiative. So well done.
Gail Lynn: thank you. Yeah, we're gonna create a whole community around it. You can join a community at the human array dot com. Um, and then join the community. We didn't want to put it on Facebook because Facebook's [00:45:00] a lot of haters and a lot of anger and a lot of people just bashing each other. I was like, if we're going to do this, we need to put it on a love platform, not a hate platform.
And so the human array is creating a platform for people to come together with love and community. And so we've partnered up and I just, you know, I think it's just going to grow from there. And I am just amazed at the, um, the feedback that I'm getting, you know, it's like, what it really, you, you loved it.
They're like, I cried. And, um, yeah. It made such an impact on my life. And it's just weird, you know, for me, just little old me, right. And just like, Oh, I'm just doing my little thing, throwing glitter all around, you know, how glitter doesn't come off of anything. I'm like, just flipping glitter everywhere. And it's just sticking.
Kara Goodwin: I love that. That's beautiful. Well, Gail, it has just been such a joy to be here with you. Please tell people how they can connect with you, [00:46:00] remind us how they can find the movie and how could they try the egg themselves?
Gail Lynn: Yes. Um, awesome question. And there is 150 locations now in 12 or more countries, which is insane. Uh, harmonic egg. com. All the locations are there searchable by your either your zip code. If you're in the U. S. or, you know, your city or something like that. It'll come up and that's where I wrote a book. Uh, we're doing another book.
That's going to be a continuation of the movie, which will. Have each of the different cast members will have their own chapter. We'll put that out. And then all the consciously created music is there for people to download or purchase and use for their meditations or use for whatever, you know, they want to just have a calming environment in their house.
And I've created song sheets to tell them what it works on, which organs, what systems, what chakras, what colors are associated with it. So every song comes with a song [00:47:00] sheet and it's really fun to use at home. But it's also music you'll hear in the Harmonic Egg. And so that's, uh, harmonicegg. com and then it's time.
love is the movie now.
Kara Goodwin: Beautiful. Wow. Well, thank you so much. This has just been an absolute delight and an honor. Thank you for being here, Gail.
