And he said maybe he didn't say this last night, but something I've heard over the years about septic tanks is when people open up the lid and homeowners are out there looking at it and the water is all the way at the top.

I, he, I wanted, I didn't realize this too, Eric, but he told us that, when you're determining how big your tank is going to be, 500 gallons, thousand gallons, 1500 gallons, that by code, at least in our state, we're in the state of Georgia.

And I'm really good about fixing stuff on our properties anyways, but that's a further wake up call to maybe someone who just lets, what do they say it deferred maintenance.

Yeah, he said a drain filled on average cost about 40 a linear foot.
