When opportunity doesn’t knock, Raphael Vargas knows it’s time to build your own door, the CEO of Real Step and Real Empire joins us today to share his inspiring story of humble beginnings with no college education and the journey that led him to building a successful business and living the American dream. Early on in his life, Raphael gave $3,000 (every penny he had) to a so-called "coach" who promised to mentor him and guide him to success in the real estate world, who then took off with the money, never to be heard from again. An experience that would spook anyone away from the industry instead served as encouragement for him to seek out knowledge on his own, knowledge that he would later use to start his own successful business.
