Ayesha comes from a successful career in investment banking at Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs. 

Having worked her way up to Executive Director and becoming one of the most senior black women in a client-facing role at the bank’s European hub she then went on to start various property related businesses as well as projects looking to empower groups that have historically been under represented in the property and investment industries.
