For the Steelers, we broke down their season game by game. We discussed the importance of winning the turnover battle, especially in the first game against the Falcons. We also analyzed key matchups and potential outcomes for each game. Our predictions varied, but we all agreed that the Steelers have a challenging season ahead.
We then moved on to our NFL predictions, covering division winners and wildcard teams. In the AFC, we had some differences, but we all agreed on the Chiefs winning the AFC West. For the NFC, we unanimously picked the Eagles to win the NFC East and the 49ers to take the NFC West.
We wrapped up with our Super Bowl predictions. H.J. picked the Ravens vs. the Lions, Schwaber went with the Ravens vs. the Packers, and I chose the Eagles vs. the Ravens. Our Super Bowl winners were diverse, with H.J. picking the Lions, Schwaber choosing the Ravens, and I went with the Eagles.
We also addressed a listener's question about the potential use of Justin Fields in special packages, comparing it to the role of Cordell Stewart. We concluded that while it could be an interesting strategy, it should be used sparingly to avoid unnecessary risks.
