So do you ever wake up in the middle of the night and have trouble falling back asleep? That used to be such an issue for me, too.

1--adjust your body to find comfortable supportive positioning
2--3-5 cleansing breaths
3--open your 5 senses
4--progressive muscle relaxation utilizing your extremities
