Have you noticed how even though you stretch your body, tension, discomfort, pain, still persists? I totally have! What are the most common areas of tension for you? For most people, me included, tension commonly involves your neck, shoulders, back and hips.
I know it feels temporarily good and yummy to stretch and then what? It doesn’t last for long……back to the discomfort, right? With all of the anatomy and with all of the physiology that we learned back in med school, it was amazing to me to learn many decades later just what was up with stretching.
