On this episode I share with you some wonderful life lessons that I have learned from my very special sibling with cerebral palsy. There isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t appreciate what he has and continues to teach me on a daily basis. So I thought I would share with you what I have learned so far as we look together at life through his eyes.
At birth, my step brother was hypoglycemic (had low blood sugar), suffered brain damage, and was diagnosed with cerebral palsy.
He was so easy to care for and to be around. And to this day, 50 years later, at age 55, this has not changed. He still is the most pleasant easy going carefree person I know.
Here are the 7 Lessons I have learned:
1-Routine
2-Being present
3-In person connection
4-Beginner mind
5-Vibration of others
6-Honesty
7-Judging a book by its cover
