Soda is true definition of empowering, inclusivity and learning… every episode she has brings some knowledge but in such a peaceful way. Her truth with her struggles makes you relate and the guest are incredible. The openess that happens with each conversation is the vibe i strive for. Thank you for having such diverse conversation that bring inclusivity and also empower us to be our better self while appreciating who we already are and the struggles we battling.

So much great information in this podcast and it’s all presented in a way that’s easy to digest! A lot of podcasts jump straight into expert level concepts without explanation, however I like that this one explains high-level concepts in a way that are easy for anybody to understand. Highly recommend!
