What with the quick growth of our podcast and the introduction of our PubCast and Morning Show formats, we haven't had much time to put together our original, more scripted, flagship format.

But with the new year, we wanted to get back to them. For Kids who are newer to us, this is one of the things that got us "discovered" by "the network".

On this flagship episode, we talk about the state of the department of National Defence, from the sexual misconduct scandals to the recruitment challenges, from the manpower and equipment shortages to the recently announced purchase of the F-35 fighter jets. We also take a deeper dive into the government of mission length and laboratories decision - disgust on our January 9th not quick daily morning show - to make sexual assault myth of State training mandatory for provincial judges. Finally, we of course have some listener / viewer feedback and a smidge of cool news.

The annual report from Second Harvest shoes that visits to food banks has been skyrocketing up from 2 million visitors a year (pre-pandemic), to 5 million visits a year (today), with the expectation they will rise to 8 million in the coming year.
