I read on the interwebs that Article 5 of NATO may have been violated in a few instances; a Russian ship cut 2 communication cable in the Baltic Sea. Considered tobe a warning of 'hybrid warfare'. The recent bomb threats called into polling stations during the US election... If I understand correctly, when article 5 is enacted, ALL NATO governments remain in power until such time as the conflict is ended, which means the Biden/Harris administration would remain in the White House... Now that would really Piss off Trump; he wouldn't be sworn in & Putin, his puppet master would be under attack...
