Canada Post is set to strike today. I remember a time when this was a serious concern for the vast majority of Canadians. I question if it has the same effect today. I do recognize that rural Canadians & small remote communities will directly be affected as many of the private sector delivery service companies do not serve those areas. In the Urban areas, the effect will be much less, which makes me beg the question; will the majority care? I'm all for employee's getting better pay and benefits, and this usually leads to increases in the private sector, however, I'm not sure if enough people care anymore.
