We need to make sure affordable housing stays affordable.
The Canada Rental Protection Fund will get low-cost housing into the hands of non-profits to protect the people who live there now, and to keep costs low permanently.
The upcoming Budget will include $1.5 Billion rental protection fund, meant to preserve rent prices.
The amount of idiotic, ignorant, ill informed response to this announcement is, well, I'll say it; insane.
