Federal Judge ruled... however, he did have a great deal to say about how it wasn't a protest, it was an unlawful occupation, & how he felt it was necessary in Ottawa and ON, but not nationally. Ok, but what about Coutts AB & the plot against the RCMP? Was that not an Emergency?
