The Parliamentary Budget Officer has some explaining to do, &, well, he does, however, I am not sure what he was talking about. Watched it twice and frankly, I'm more confused. Perhaps an in depth review, or maybe an explanation in simpler terms for this old grizzly. Hopeful someone watching can provide some insight.

And tell them you want them to do more to house the homeless.
