Thanks to Stephen Harper and to a lesser degree Pierre Poilievre and the FIPA deal signed in secret, if China gets upset, we have to bow down to them; anyone ACTUALLY believe the this crop of Cons are fiscally conservative? They aren't.

Weekdays at 7-ish Eastern, we livestream The Daily Beaver Morning Show, a (sometimes) quick take on the news, in addition to our usual formats.
Well into round 2 of the Stanley Cup Playoffs, both Canadian teams are trailing: the Leafs are hanging on by a thread, trailing 0 - 3 and following an off-night, the Oilers are down 1 - 2.
Mr. Beaver is in a particularly tail-slapping-against-the-water mood because not only did Hopefully Not Alberta Premier For Much Longer D'Annie Wilkes-Smith's latest blast from the past video show her boasting proudly about punishing veterans because COVID-Trudeau-Ottawa, but she's swallowed herself whole on sovereignty due to the Wildfires, that many in her circle are -- astoundingly -- claiming are being deliberately set by the NDP in order to win the election... And she's not saying anything to counter that.
It's a big mea culpa from an Extra Spicey Mr. Beaver, because he could not hold his tongue today.
