HIEU HO is a Co-Founder and Partner at Imminent Collision, a leading TV and film production company with a first-look deal at Universal Television. As a producer, he oversees their extensive development and production slate with projects at Amazon, Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, ABC and Universal.
Hieu recently produced the highly-anticipated feature Shortcomings, directed by Randall Park, which had its world premiere at the 2023 Sundance Film Festival and will be released by Sony Pictures Classics. Prior to forming Imminent Collision, he was Vice President at BuzzFeed, managing their global scripted film and television division.
By creating innovative story systems, Hieu leveraged the media company’s vast IP and data analytics to set up multiple projects across the major studios and networks.
Previously, he served as President of Chu Studios. Hieu began his career in the Global Management Program at Warner Bros. and received a BA in Sociology at UCLA and a MFA in the USC Peter Stark Producing Program.
