Dennis (Dizzy) Doan is a San Diego based tattoo artist, designer, philanthropist and author. During the pandemic he created an artwork of a woman wearing the Vietnamese conical hat and a face mask saying, "Hate is a virus." Doan’s picture was widely shared on the internet and by many protestors.
These days, he is deeply committed to his craft as a tattoo artist while building his non-profit called the Doan Foundation.
