Tom Nguyen is the Managing Partner at Key Partners LLC. Tom heads up the acquisitions and dispositions of both land development and income property for the Company.
He is not only responsible for procuring opportunities for the Company to acquire but also to maintain a strong pipeline of projects for the Company to deploy its capital. As a licensed Attorney and Broker, Tom also serves as the General Counsel for the Company and leads negotiations, underwriting and due diligence for all projects and joint venture deals.
Tom was given the top award at the Vietnamese National Association of Real Estate Professional’s (VNARP) Top Commercial Broker for 2022.
