There is a huge market for baby "things" and the temptation is to get the latest and greatest stuff (especially in the nesting phase). However, Tony encourages dads to budget, have a conversation with your wives about how much to spend and what is actually necessary to prepare for your bundle of joy so you are not wasting hundreds or thousands of dollars!
