As I walked into work this morning nursing a slight Bud Light Hard Seltzer hangover (thanks for nothing Post Malone) I had low expectations for how this Thursday was going to go. Pat was supposedly out of town getting the finishing touches on a "tuxedo" that I can only assume to be of the Rust Belt Canadian variety. Will there be a shorter than normal inseam to display larger than normal quads? Will there be leather tassels? Did Jeffrey Epstein really kill himself? The world may never know.

As I checked my podcast app, the day suddenly took a turn for the better as the PM 2.0 logo materialized in front of me. "How could this be?" I asked myself. Then to my surprise the melodious voice of one Patrick Mcafee introduced the show that was to be hosted by none other than the Herculean chinned family man, AJ Hawk.

AJ sounded like a man about to take over and assert his dominance on the crew when who should show up to reassert his alpha presence...Pat Mcafee himself. Jeff (Jett) Passan enlightened us with his baseball knowledge (still noticeably on edge following his recent quarrel with the podcast's namesake) but finished strong. Mack Brown came and showed why everyone in the state of Texas wishes he was their dad. AJ shined, Pat shined, the boys shined, the guests all shined and turned my day around.
