Growing up in the 90’s Candyman was a staple of my horror diet. Disturbing and beautifully made, it stands the test of time as a genre masterpiece. 🐝
While researching this episode I learned quite a bit of history that was rather shocking. From using real bees to shooting the film in the infamous Cabrini Green projects, there was a wealth of information that surprised me! 🐝
FUN FACT: In The original screenplay in order to contact Candyman you have to say his name 13 times. After one table read they realized how ridiculous this was. 🐝
