Ep 11.4 -Anahata Karma - Listen Out For The Guided Meditation

On today’s episode I interview two remarkable individual’s, Brent and Kathy, from the Anahata Karma organisation, who are two people of extraordinary faith.

Brent Ovalsen is the founder of Anahata Karma Pty Ltd, a way of life that seeks to help people access the divine within.

Brent and Kathy believe wholeheartedly, that we all have a deep and profound inner peace, yet the mental, emotional and spiritual layers of life, family lineage and experiences, need to be peeled away to reveal and feel the inner joy that exists in all of us, at all times. Through Yoga, meditation and proven self-development practices and techniques, Brent empowers people to stay grounded, sensible and focused on things that will actually benefit them and their families. Brent draws from a foundation of wisdom acquired through over twenty-five years of dedicated spiritual practices. ​The organisation’s driving force is all about witnessing the supernatural power and divine presence that comes from a relationship with God.

Whether you believe in God, or not, this interview series is packed with insights and practical tips into how to tackle overwhelming challenges in life.

Kathy has found a new life for herself in Australia, which has been a life-long dream for her. As someone who has been in an abusive relationship, Kathy shares her wisdom, insights and experience to help women see that it is possible to leave the abuse behind and begin a life that you have always dreamed of.

This final episode explores a bit about Brent and Kathy’s adventure around Australia during a time of a Global Health Pandemic. During this uncertain time, Brent has been able to take Kathy, from America from the bottom of Australia, all the way up to the top where they are right now in the Northern Territory. Kathy feels like she is living the dream.

We reflect that we are here to remind each other that we all have a divine spark within us.
