Often you can't quite comprehend the statistic of 1 in 3 women having been through some form of relationship abuse, as being true. That is until you connect with more and more women who are these women.
Tiffany Nguyen from the Return To Calm Podcast is one of these women, like me and possibly like you too.
I had the great pleasure of chatting to Tiffany in a boomerang interview where we are both using our conversation on our prospective podcasts - to share our message, our experience and the insights we have gained because of what we have learned by going through the tough times.
Our aim in doing this interview with each other was to share tips and strategies with other women who are caught in a cycle of abuse to hopefully help them avoid some of the pitfalls we experienced when we were in abusive relationships.
Tiffany Nguyen is a wife, mother, and author. As a survivor of an unhealthy relationship, and in being conscious in raising strong children of integrity, she is committed to sharing her journey. On her Podcast RETURN TO CALM she talks with certified parent coaches, educators, social workers & parents about Self Care & social emotional skills to help transform our struggles into wins and joys in parenting.
Tiffany wants to bring you hope, and walk with you in your parenting journey, and let you know you are not alone in this.
And her underlying message is that we CAN raise and inspire a conscious generation to build our world up not tear it down.
This way of thinking and then turning these constructive thoughts into positive action is what the world in which we live in, in these challenging times, is in dire need of.
I am so glad to have Tiffany on the show to talk about ways in which we can come back to a point of calm when dealing with an overlay anxious mind.
We have a lovely chat about our dream to see women rise up to be Princess Warriors, strong and resilient and ready to stand up for justice. We talk about the strength that Princesses have without Prince Charming even coming into the picture.
I hope that this interview inspires you too, to RISE and SHINE!
Subscribe. Enjoy. Share. Sending love and light, Sandy J

NOTE OF ENCOURAGEMENT: If you are struggling with your metal health please reach out for support with some form of counselling, therapy, or coaching. If you don’t know where to start to find a counsellor, a good place to start is to talk to your Doctor. There are also many online counselling supports now available. If the Support Person is not a good fit for you, try another and another, until you have one that is the right fit for you. And don't forget, I help women to heal and grow, and help them to meet their challenges head on, to move towards a life they love.
