On today’s episode I am super happy to have the delightful Eidit Coochage, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 14 years of experience working in the mental health field on the Podcast today.
Eidit’s experience ranges from practicing as an individual and couple's therapist, to being a program director in a foster care agency, a clinical supervisor, and community mental health trainer.
She has worked with children, teens, adult women and men, including couples in a variety of therapeutic settings. Her expertise is in treating anxiety, trauma, grief + loss and depression.
Eidit is also the host of the Therapeutic Life Healing Podcast where she reaches out to people to talk about mental health and ways to take care of yourself; mind, body and spirit.
Her aim is to help women interrupt patterns of psychological pain and suffering so they can experience inner peace. She is truly passionate about helping women have breakthroughs that leave them with lasting results.
In this episode we dig deep about grief and loss and depression and what a compassionate path to healing looks like.
We talk about the many things you can tap into for free to help you on your path to healing.
We explore how important it is to reach out to get some support from a therapist or a coach to help you get unstuck and take challenging steps to work on positive changes.
Eidit is a truly compassionate and empathetic soul and her understanding of human psychology and year’s of experience working with many people, from children to adults makes this episode well worth listening to.
If you are feeling a bit lost and feelings of anxiety and depression are getting the better of you, I hope that this episode helps in some small way.
Both Eidit and I are wholeheartedly dedicated to helping and supporting women, to heal and develop through this process to fully engage with life once again.
I hope that you enjoy this talk with this lovely woman and that this interview inspires you too, to RISE and SHINE!
Subscribe. Enjoy. Share. Sending love and light, Sandy J

NOTE OF ENCOURAGEMENT: If you are struggling with your metal health please reach out for support with some form of counselling, therapy, or coaching. If you don’t know where to start to find a counselor, a good place to start is to talk to your Doctor. There are also many online counselling supports now available. If the Support Person is not a good fit for you, try another and another, until you have one that is the right fit for you. And don't forget, I help women to heal and grow, and help them to meet their challenges head on, to move towards a life they love.
