THE WHAT IS THE GREY ROCK METHOD
AND HOW CAN IT HELP WITH NARCISSISTS EPISODE
In this episode, we explore a method that can help with communication with narcissists called the Grey Rock Method.
This is the final episode in a three-part series on Gaslighting, Love Bombing, and the Grey Rock Method, all in connection to coercive control and emotional abuse.
The Grey Rock Method aims to help victims and survivors of coercive control to get some power back when the narcissist tries to wear you down by getting you to engage in arguments.
If you answer yes to any of the following questions then this episode is for you.
Have you ever felt completely drained by the constant drama of being roped into arguments to fight for your position in life?
Are you dealing with shared custody and the coercive control is still going on in text messages and phone calls which is still trying to have some ownership over you and what you do with your life even after separation?
Have you broken up and you are getting love-bombed and manipulated into second-guessing your choice to end the relationship and the persistent messages are making you feel weaker and questioning whether you have made the right choice?
