Part 4 - Stephanie Asher - Self Love Legacy
It is ok to sit with your dark feelings and use that “craptastic” feeling to motivate you to move into the light. And know you have the right to your feelings.
Hello my dear,
Thanks for tuning in for another episode.
I can't wait for you to hear this amazing 4 part interview series with Stephanie Asher of the Self Love Legacy Podcast, TedX Speaker, empowered Mamma, Photographer, Cosplayer, Abuse Survivor, Advocate for Women who has a powerful message to share.
Stephanie is a quirky, spunky, funky, and fierce advocate for abused women and has enormous compassion for others which has given her a voice for her beautiful message on Self Love.
This interview will take you on a journey, which starts with tragedy and ends with triumph.
The story has so much depth and breadth that I decided to divide it into 4 content rich episodes. Each episode highlights very distinct narratives and is set apart to allow the listener to really immerse themselves in each one and think about the meaning in each of the messages.
Stephanie has gifted women with the baring of her soul in this interview, because she wants to reach out and let other women like her, know that they are not alone and that there can be a beautiful amazing life on the other side of abuse.
We go through her journey starting with the retelling of her own painful past. Where we explore the way in which she suffered and what was instrumental in helping her to turn her life around.
Meeting Stephanie and sharing her journey in this interview has been an absolute privilege.
She is a truly inspirational example of someone who has gone from SURVIVING TO RISING.
Tune in to hear Stephanie talk about her journey from the time she was a young child though to her adulthood. This episode may be confronting, as Stephanie has been very courageous in sharing her story and talking about her painful past. Her underlying message is that it is ok to sit with your dark feelings and use that “craptastic” feeling to motivate you to move into the light. And we explore how self-esteem is all encompassing.
This episode is so powerful and empowering.
I hope that this interview inspires you too, to RISE and SHINE!
And please know there is help out there for you and don't forget, I am here to support you.
