This blog here will surely be one of my most unusual of any other. I mean, this topic has been on my mind for quite some time now, but today just took the cake. As I reflect on some of my Facebook posts throughout the year, as it related to Israel, I have noticed a lot of dislike for the Nation of Israel. The sad thing is that most of it hails from Christians. Of all the remarks I have heard about them, the biggest one is the one about the Jews inhabiting Israel now are NOT the true Jews. There are so many terms thrown out there, to include Zionist, which is at the top of the list. It just goes on and on and on and on, like the little pink bunny on the Energizer commercial, just banging it’s drums non stop. From the political side, I wouldn’t dare to try and address that particular remark, but I’ll definitely address the prophetic side. All in all, this blog is pretty much about putting biblical prophecy in perspective and seeing what we come up with. I honestly believe that most of the people who ramble on about Israel being occupied by false Jews have clearly not looked into biblical prophecy, and as such have also played into the negative side of biblical prophecy. That being said, strap on your seatbelt, and hold on tight. It’s going to be a bumpy ride!
First off, The Bible speaks on Israel being scattered into the four winds Deuteronomy 30:4-6 and how YHVH would regather them back to the land that their father’s possessed. Later, in Jeremiah 31:35-36 , YHVH says as long as the ordinance of the sun shinning by day, and the moon and stars shinning by night, Israel will NOT cease from being a nation “in His sight”. Never mind the nations of the world today. We may have thought that the history of the Jews ended i n 70 AD when they were scattered out of Israel, but according to Jeremiah, that thought has never been more wrong. Furthermore, since the sun is still lighting the day, and the moon and stars light the night, they are very much a nation today. Here’s my thought on that. For those who say that these are fake Jews, I find it quite interesting that they have fulfilled biblical prophecy, unless thats just a coincidence. In 1948, in the course of one day, Israel became a nation again in the public eye. Isaiah 66:7-8 spoke about this very same thing. If indeed these Jews are fake, then either YHVH doesn’t know what He is doing, or these are some freaky coincidences going on. We won’t even talk on the Six Day War in the mid 60’s. Several Arab nations waged a war agains Israel. Israel was out numbered and out gunned, with no allies on their side, not even the U.S. Six days, not five, not nine, not sixty, but six. Me being me, I’m wondering why not seven days, I mean seven represents perfection right? Wrong, seven is the Sabbath. YHVH had to wrap it up in six days so that they could rest on the seventh. This is in accordance to Torah. During this war, Israel also reclaimed the Holy City, Jerusalem, the Capital of Israel, according to Scripture. And then there is the fact that, ALL the territory they originally had before the dispersion, they reclaimed in that war. This was all the land that YHVH had showed Moses. When Israel tried to give some of the land back to the Arabs for the sake of peace, they refused it. Maybe because that was their portion from YHVH and therefore could NOT be given away.
I don’t know, but if indeed these Jews in Israel are false Jews, they are really good because they fooled the Almighty, but weren’t good enough to fool us Americans though. I am aware that there are certain elitist, such as the Rockerfellers and the Rothchildes to name a few, had a large hand in getting the Jews back to Israel, but my thoughts on that are simple. YHVH used the Egyptians to fund Israel on the Exodus. I don’t mean in the sense that they needed money, but they were given a bulk of Egypts wealth before leaving. Who’s to say these elitist weren’t inspired by YHVH the same way? For those hell bent on calling these Jews fake, I ask, how can you possibly know that every single Jew in Israel is fake? There are always tares among the wheat. Look at todays church. Tell m there are no tares in the pews? For that matter, tell me all the members in the church are “real believers”. No matter how bad we single out the Jews or even the Israeli leadership, ours in no better, so who are we to point out the mote in their eye while there is a plank in ours? These Jews in Israel are fulfilling bible prophecy, and the miraculous blessings we see there are confirming that. Contrary to popular belief, they are still His chosen people, and the church is NOT their replacement. I believe this theology is of the devil, whom is the accuser of the brethren. I believe that we should be blessing Israel, and not cursing them. I am not trying to say they are perfect because no one, to include us can take that title. Rather than speaking against them, we should be praying for them. If it had not been for them rejecting YHVH’s covenant, we would NOT be able to partake of this grace we have been given.
I imagine this next statement will blow some of you away. The roots of our faith come from Israel. Thats right. Not only that, but by Judaism is the mother of Christianity. What do I mean? Without Judaism, there would be no ‘Christianity”. In fact, long before there was an Authorized King James Version New Testament Bible, beginning with Yeshua’s ministry, all He preached from was Torah. Not only that, but after His ascension into heaven, His apostles taught the exact same thing. The Torah, which consists of the teachings received by Moses, to include the Feast Days, Sabbaths, and dietary laws were the basis for this doctrine. Contrary to popular belief, Yeshua didn’t teach a new doctrine, He simply expounded on the original. And this “New Testament” isn’t a “New Covenant, but rather a “Renewed Covenant”. In order to clearly point out the serpent of “replacement theology”, we have to point out that
He taught was from the Torah. We need to stop trying to be disconnected from the root. This brings me into what I wanted to address. Replacement theology is like the serpent in the garden. His whole focus was to corrupt YHVH’s creation, and to separate them from Him. The serpent was subtle, patient, and manipulative, and that is the same way I would describe replacement theology. What most people do not know is that up until the 3rd or 4th century, the Jew-Christian relationship thrived. The Jewish roots were all intact. First of all, lets re-coin a term. In the time of Paul, they were not called Christians. This was actually a Greek term. Paul and most of the people of the day called what we know as “Christianity” as “The Way”. For the time being, I will us that same term “The Way”.
