1. How they lived in Indonesia and walked to get some money to be able to eat dinner in the middle of a monsoon.
2. How the pressure of having to be high achieving caused them trauma, along with some other things that caused PTSD.
3. Getting rejected from many therapists who could not help them with their trauma and finally finding someone who could help.
4. How they started the Centre for Childhood Trauma Healing to be able to help others, including neurodivergent people and members of the LBGTQ community.
