Our heads and our hearts need to be in a certain place to be successful. In all parts of our lives, whether it be fitness, money, or relationships, having your head and your heart in the right place is what leads to that freedom and fulfillment that we all crave. The potential for success is in all of us if we just figure out how to tap into that.
