This week I am joined by Bill Harris, who is a 20+ year veteran of the Navy and served in the Special Forces and that really led to him having a deep understanding of what it meant to deal with his own levels of PTSD, anxiety, stress and depression. And he’s taken that experience and turned it into a desire to serve men that are dealing with several similar issues.
Together we continue to explore the topic of masculinity from Bill’s perspective, what fuels his desire to help others dealing with similar issues, and the importance of authentic vulnerability. If you are someone that struggles with mental health or the meaning of masculinity, I hope you find some nuggets of wisdom in this episode.
