From Gen X to Gen Z: understanding different work styles

We’re diving into the topic of generational perspectives at work in this episode where I will represent the Gen Xers, along with my guests Shanta Hareesh, who comes from the Millennial Generation, and Poppy Couling, from Gen Z. While the older generations often express frustration in managing and leading younger generations, we’ll discuss how the different age groups view the world of work.

You’ll hear us discuss a wide range of topics, including how the pandemic has affected us, what each generation wants from feedback, and what keeps us up at night. Through our conversation, we learn that although each generation may have unique perspectives, we are all smart, ambitious people with gifts to bring to the world.

This conversation provides a sense of hope and a reminder that we should all treat each other with kindness and understanding regardless of our generational differences.
