Bravo!!! Love it love it!

I found you guys because of the summer shirt project! I absolutely love this podcast that I binged heard it lol! On my way to and from work. Thank you for all the advise and for sharing your experience with us. My brother was diagnosed with Asperger’s Syndrome when he was in second grade and we had to advocate for him because he wasn’t getting the support he needed! I remember we had to get a social worker to help us out. It was even harder for us because my parents speak Spanish and they had no idea what Autism was and the help they need to advocate for him. His 1st grade teacher told my mom they need to stop spoiling him! Because he was throwing “tantrums” Needless to say that I do not like her what’s so ever because she was never invested in my brothers education her and the principal at the time wanted to kick my brother out of school. At the time I was taking classes in a community college and had some what of an understanding of what my parents could do. My brother is now 22 graduated high school currently working in a restaurant as a dishwasher he gets very nervous at times but he likes it. He jokingly says he has 5 moms lol because we will advocate for him when we have too. I don’t believe he will ever be able to live on his own.
