Tatiana is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 10 years of experience in the branding and marketing space. In 2020 she joined forces with Hite Digital and co-founded Hite Creative, where she leads Hite's creative team with over 22 team members and has supported the completion of over 220 websites, and branding projects in just 2022. Today, Hite has over 200 team members and has opened offices in over 22 locations in the United States. She is also leading efforts as a franchise owner for Hite Digital Dallas, supporting local business owners with their digital marketing efforts. Tatiana was recently awarded top 20 women in advertising by the American Advertising Federation of Dallas. Her mission is to grow people and support minorities to become successful business owners.
