Our signature cocktail for Episode 4: Drunk Chickens, is the Sidecar. It’s traditionally made with cognac, but we aint’ that fancy so brandy it is.
2 ounces brandy, cognac, Armagnac, or bourbon
1 ounce premium triple sec/Cointreau
3/4 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
Lemon or orange twist, for garnish
Coat the rim of a coupe glass with sugar, if desired, and set aside.
Add the cognac, orange liqueur and lemon juice to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
Strain into the prepared glass.
Garnish with an orange twist.
