Join Us for the Summer Fitness Circuit at Hamilton Metz Park!
We are thrilled to announce the launch of the "Summer Fitness Circuit," a unique series of donation-based fitness classes held every Tuesday at 5 PM, starting July 9, at Hamilton Metz Park. Hosted by Seeds in the Middle in collaboration with Urban Yogis and Fleek Fitness, this program is designed to nourish both body and mind through mindful movement, boxing, healthy breathing techniques, and much more.
What to Expect:
Our Summer Fitness Circuit offers a holistic approach to wellness, combining various fitness disciplines to create a comprehensive and enjoyable experience for participants of all ages and fitness levels. Each session will include:
- Yoga: Begin with a gentle yoga session to stretch, warm up, and prepare your body for more intense activity lead by the Urban Yogis.
- Meditative Movement: Integrate mindful awareness with physical activity through meditative movement practices with Fleek Fitness.
- Guided Meditation: Conclude with a guided meditation to promote relaxation, mental clarity, and stress reduction.
Weekly Themes: Each week, our classes will harmonize around a central theme, providing a cohesive framework that participants can follow. Themes may include grounding and stability, energy and vitality, flexibility and flow, and many more.
