To New York, where I was employee number 12 at BrandYourself (we got on Shark Tank and turned down Robert πŸ˜‰). To Minneapolis and Chicago, where I started a Top 100 digital marketing agency in the USA. And now in Milwaukee, where my mission is to own my time 100% and buy as much coffee as I want.

I do that by helping overwhelmed founders + owners buy back their time and lead their companies better.

Having multiple burnouts in the agency setting, even while I was keeping clients for years while my competitors were keeping them for 6 months, made me think differently.

Everyone is trying to scale in the wrong way. They want to chase business instead of attract it. They want to sell new people instead of delight those already paying them. They want to hire early without nailing their vision and roadmap.

This recipe burns out business owners and it's a damn shame.
