Dad / Founder / CEO
Vadim came to the US from Ukraine as a young kid, at 9 years old, and grew up in NYC. As a kid, he was naturally introverted and spent his time either writing code, or doing creative writing. Vadim's dream as a kid was either to be a great novelist or a tech visionary - either the next Hemingway or the next Steve Jobs/Bill Gates :)
Vadim went to college in NYC, attending NYU for undergrad in Economics and Computer Science. During school, he got interested in trading/finance, taking his Series 7 and Series 63 financial licenses at 19 years old to become a registered broker. While going to school full time, he worked part-time on a trading desk buying and selling equities.
Vadim was always very interested in the well-being of others and began to get interested in public health and international development. This led him to take a job with a large NGO that aimed to increase access to HIV, Malaria, and TB medications for patients around the world, particularly in developing countries. This allowed Vadim the great experience of traveling across sub-Saharan Africa, and working on various projects and agreements to lower prices and expand access to these medicines. This was some of the most rewarding work Vadim has done and something that he continues to hold dear.
Currently, working in the Biotech industry in a senior position at a global biotech that's working to expand access to cancer therapies for patients around the globe.
In his spare time, Vadim also recently launched Dad Club, which He hopes to improve men's emotional health and well-being by making it super simple for them to do their favorite activities and make new friends. As a single dad, this has been a big challenge for him and he is not alone.
When not working, Vadim values above all things time with his daughter. Vadim also loves sports and staying active and will never say no to some rock climbing, skiing, biking, surfing, you name it.
