He was born in Dakar, Senegal, to parents of Togolese and Senegalese descent. His mom and dad worked for companies and organizations that are no longer around today. Now, Benyi is the host of the Stairways to Redemption podcast and is seven months sober. We know that sobriety is a journey that requires courage and support.
