As Kingdom entrepreneurs and podcasters, we often find ourselves at the intersection of faith and strategy. This episode invites you to embrace both as we explore how to create a powerful vision for your podcast and business in 2025, with a little help from AI.
We begin by grounding ourselves in the most crucial foundation - our relationship with Jesus. From this wellspring, we'll discover how to weave our God-given word for the year into every aspect of our lives and businesses.
"We are doing the heart work, we're doing the spirit work, emotional work. Now what are the tangibles in those words?"
This episode provides a blueprint for marrying both the Spirit led vision with practical planning. You'll walk away with tools to create a comprehensive strategy that honors your calling while maximizing your impact.
Remember, this process is about co-creating with the Creator. As you implement these strategies, continually revisit them with the Holy Spirit, allowing for adjustments and pivots along the way.

This is the tangible, right?
We are doing the heart work, we're doing the spirit work, emotional work.
Now what is the tangibles in those words?
Welcome to Podcast Coaching for Kingdom Entrepreneurs.
I'm Kristen Fields Chadwick, your podcast coach on this transformative podcasting journey.
Our mission, empower Kingdom entrepreneurs to confidently launch and grow podcasts, fostering a journey of being seen, being heard, being known, own, and making a lasting kingdom impact.
This is podcast Coaching for Kingdom Entrepreneurs.
Your voice matters.
Hey everybody.
Welcome to Podcast Coaching for Kingdom Entrepreneurs.
I am your podcast coach, Kristen Chadwick, and I just want to say thank you guys for sharing the podcast.
I've heard from a lot of you today, just sharing, especially last week's conversation on how do I make an income in my podcast.
It's a short and sweet one and so thank you.
That is like the greatest gift for you sharing this podcast.
And I also heard from you in Instagram stories of the first episode of 2025, laying down the foundations that it impacted you in a mighty way.
So, man, thank you, Jesus, for just allowing us to use our voices and for pouring into us as podcaster so that we can bring encouragement and hope.
And that's what I want for you on this podcast.
So today we are gonna be talking about your vision for your podcast.
And like I said in the very first episode of 2025, number one is we have to get to a place where it literally is us locking step with Jesus.
We are following his.
We daily can sit at his feet and ask for a word and hear what he wants to share through our podcast, through our families, through our community, our friends and our family.
And what in an amazing gift that is.
And so that is where we always start is right there now.
Well, for a lot of you and in my podcast membership group, we've been talking about what is your word for the year.
My, my good friend Megan Nielsen has a great, great episode that came out recently all about how to listen for a word.
So if you want to go check out her Kingdom Life Coaching podcast, that's what it's called, Kingdom Life Coaching and how to listen for a word.
That's very practical way for you to hear how to get get a word.
So if you already have a word.
So for me right now, my word this year is compassion.
And wholeheartedly going to do this following exercise using those two words.
Last year I had the words master and cultivate.
And what was really cool was on a very personal level, master and cultivate meant something very, very sweet between me and Holy Spirit.
It may mean something different to you, but to me and him, it was like this whole nother layer of intimacy and, and focus and let's dig in, let's get quiet in one area of my life, and let's focus on one other area of my life.
And he did just that in 2025.
Now, as we're coming into this year, that word compassion and wholehearted is going to be at the forefront of my mind.
And maybe yours is.
I know another podcaster in our membership.
His is surrender, determination.
Some others were focus.
So having that word, that anchoring point that you feel like is the intention for the next year.
I want you to think about what that means personally, but also what does it look like if that thread was woven through your podcast and your business, your family, your health, all areas, what does that look like?
And just sit with the Father, sit with Jesus, sit with, with Holy Spirit, and, and ask, what is it that you are showing me in this season of these words?
So for, for my podcaster who's got surrender, determination, what does that look like in his podcast?
What does that look like as a father?
What does that look like as giving back?
What does that look like as a parent?
So again, walking through all of those things, now, you have this word, you know, it's personal, it's woven through all of the areas of your life.
Now you're going to take that word and you probably are gaining some goals, some vision, some, okay, I want to be on this many podcasts for this year.
I want to increase my memberships.
This is part of mine.
I want to increase our podcast membership to 20 people.
And what are some other goals that you want in your business?
What does that look like?
This is the tangible, right?
We are doing the heart work, we're doing the spirit work, emotional work.
Now, what is the tangibles in those words?
So for your podcast, you want to grow to the next hundred subscribers, you want to be on 20 different podcasts, write those down.
Now, most of you that are listening have some sort of business or ministry, coaching program, membership, product, something that you're selling on the side where it's related to your podcast and your podcast is part of your funnel.
So what you're going to do is you're going to take all that information, and this is when we get to use AI to our advantage.
We're going to open up chat GPT and we are going to plop in to chat GPT as much information as you can.
Now, you may have the free version, I have the paid version.
It does work on both.
I actually started this when I was using the free paid version or free version.
So I know it does work in the area where you can find your account.
Usually it's like the top right corner, if you hit that little button it will say customize ChatGPT.
So if you click my account or the little circle with Google, it will, on the little second tier down it'll say customize ChatGPT.
Now on the top of this, I know that you can't see this if you're listening.
So if you are just listening through this, I encourage you to come back to this or even just explore it on your own.
Just go to Chat GPT, follow those instructions.
I will also have a landing page where it's going to give you what we're doing here today.
So don't fret my friend, you can still listen and follow along in your imagination or on your computer or on your phone.
This will be helpful, I promise.
So you're going to go to your custom Chat GPT and it's going to say custom instructions.
And the question there, it's going to say what would you like ChatGPT to know about you to provide better responses.
Now this is where if you have done some good solid work with inside of our podcast membership or you've worked with Brand Builders, which amazing company, and it really does help you understand your brand, this is what you're going to put in there.
This is like your DNA of who you are.
Not, not really your DNA, but you know what I mean, like it's just how you stand out in the world and also nothing too personal but overall give them a sense of who you are.
This is going to help Chat GPT give you better responses.
So for instance in mine I say I am a Colorado based but online podcast coach for Christian female entrepreneurs who want to grow, launch, monetize their podcast.
I continue on.
There is a lot of space there that you can tell them about who you are.
One of the things that I put in there that is really important to me is really my faith in my language of, of specifically for me so that it knows how to respond.
More like how I would respond in the future.
So then the second question in customized ChatGPT is how would you like ChatGPT to respond?
Now this is more of your personality.
So it, it could be.
I want you to sound professional, yet friendly and kind.
I enjoy writing so I like a lot of words.
I really love asking deep questions.
Those are some ideas that you can put into there.
So that is like the baseline of how we're going to approach ChatGPT and help us create a vision for 2025.
Is that right there.
Now we're going to open up, we're going to save that and then we're going to open up our first prompt.
So a new chat.
And in this new chat, you're going to write down all of your goals for your podcast, especially if it's all connected, if your podcast is a funnel into your business, your coaching business or, or whatever, whatever those goals are.
And you're going to write everything in there, including your word that you got from the Lord.
So for mine, it looks like with the underlying theme of compassion and wholehearted, I would like to grow my business blank, blank, blank.
I would like to increase my podcast memberships so that blank, blank, blank.
And what that's going to do, the more information you have.
So say for instance, you're a life coach.
I want to have 10 new clients by quarter two.
You can put all of that in there with your word, with your goals, with your vision for your long term, your podcast vision.
Or maybe it's speaking you're going to put all of that into chat GPT.
Now, what's really cool is that what it will do is start to create an entire four quarter plan on how to get there.
And yes, you're you.
Like most goals, all of our goals shift and change.
But what's amazing is it provides a framework for you to have organization and align everything together.
So if you're anything like me, my podcast very much feeds into my business.
I want to support podcasters in every way that I can.
I want to support my podcast members, I want to support my future podcast members.
I want to answer the questions that podcasters who may not ever work with me, but it's still going to help serve them.
I want to be able to do that.
So I'm including all of that in my first prompt.
So don't press enter until you've got it all in there and you can talk about like what you already offer in your pod or in your business.
You can talk about any like content themes that you already have, like set into your spirit, like you feel like the Lord was telling you about all of that and it will help create quarterly goals in an organized way.
So what mine did and what when we were doing our podcast membership class around this, what it did was it broke it down into four quarters and what that looks like step by step and into measurable pieces, right?
We want smart goals.
And then what it does is create monthly themes.
So if you're someone who likes to have that structure of like, hey, I know for January it's going to be more about how do I.
Maybe you're a time management coach with a podcast.
Is is that time management?
Or maybe rest is your theme for January, and in March it's okay.
Now it's about prayer.
Prayerfully going into the springtime, I don't know, I'm just coming up with ideas.
But you can also include like, hey, I have a Facebook group, I have a membership, I have a private voxer group.
You can do all of those things and it can help outline basically like a virtual assistant would or like if you needed to hire an executive assistant, this is going to help you do just that, which is absolutely incredible.
And what it does is all the way down to.
It can even help you with like, can you help me create trello cards each week to help me organize and be sure that these things are getting done?
That is awesome, you guys.
It's really, really incredible.
The tool that we have with Chat GPT.
I know that we can get some pushback from it, but it really is an amazing tool that is at our fingertips when we are solid and grounded in the word, the rhema word, the, the.
The word Jesus.
And then we take what we have heard and our goals and then we can plug it in to Chat GPT and it's going to help us have a more organized, more flow year.
So again, it's like building a plan with God's vision that he's already given you right at your fingertips, which is awesome.
Another thing to mention too is you could plan your launches.
So say you have a brand new course coming out in the spring.
It will help you plan for that and on ramp the people from your podcast, your website, your email into this launch program.
Okay, so some creative prompts too that you could add to that could be what are 15 podcast episode ideas that focus on the specific area that you're interested in your.
Your people need to hear.
So maybe budgeting in 2025, another fun one could be suggest 10 ways to engage with my podcast audience outside of my episodes.
So again, it's like a sounding board for you and it helps organize your thoughts.
It can also help you turn your most popular episodes into lead magnets, which I know a lot of you have been curious about how to create lead magnets, which, hint, hint, we're going to have a couple of guests on our show that's going to help with the lead magnet process and this is great way to start is Ask ChatGPT.
Will you go look through my content and see which of my.
Let's see.
Another idea that you can go into ChatGPT is help me create social media content plan for my podcast.
That's another great one.
Especially if you have a Facebook group, it can help you create prompts inside of your, your podcast specific Facebook group.
Another one could be help me create newsletters that help promote my podcast episode.
All of these, my friends, these creative ideas are ways that yes, it's going to give you ideas, but again, you're going to come back and you're going to say, okay, what is for me, how can I tweak this to actually be mine?
Like, like something that has come out of my heart.
It's just a great way to organize and to spur on and really align with purpose and intention your word, your goals, your vision for this year.
And what an, what an incredible tool this is.
So again, plan with flexibility.
Seek God first.
Right?
And all of these.
Even if it spits it out and you're like, yeah, that's not totally what I was wanting.
Come back to the drawing board, ask Holy Spirit, hey, Holy Spirit, how can I tweak this to like match really what my heart is to go after this?
And he's gonna honor that.
So again, let's, let's go over what we talked about today.
Number one, start with connecting eye to eye with Jesus.
Really just pausing and listening and hearing your word of the year.
A vision for the year for this season.
It may not be for the year, it might be for just this season.
And then you're gonna use Chat GPT as a strategic tool to really expand and organize your ide and again, revisit those ideas with Holy Spirit throughout the year.
Come back over and over again.
It is an, an absolute delight that we get to co create with the creator whether we have a faith based or faith forward podcast.
What a, what a beautiful opportunity.
So I encourage you to download the free workbook that's going to help prompt you for your Chat GPT prompts.
It's also going to have little journaling questions in there beforehand as well.
And if you need help, I'm happy to jump on an auditing call if you have a podcast right now.
Currently I do offer one free podcast audit session and I can put that in the show notes.
And if you're thinking about starting a podcast, this is all brand new to you, don't hesitate to reach out and book that first free call to get you started and on the right track.
All right.
Okay.
Well, when you are.
When you're in this place of.
Of really just listening and being intentional, I really know that God honors that.
And yes, I.
I don't know what else to say there except for God sees you.
He is so proud of you.
He delights in you, my friend.
And let's make 2025 a year of impact.
A year of stepping into courage, a year of Kingdom growth for us podcasters.
And be light.
We need light in this world and we need the salt.
All right, that's it, my friends.
