Here's my basic day... I do have nested details that are added to each time block specific to each day... ↓
5-630am - Up
630-9am - make coffee, dog out, kid off to school, stretch/bounce/move
9-10am - coffee break/working coffee break, husband chat, check emails/texts
10am-12pm - mtgs, SBG work, piano practice, writing, breakdown services, check emails
12-2pm - lunch/working lunch, SBG work, check emails, research, writing
2pm-7pm - SBG work, students, rehearsal, check breakdown services, check emails, record podcast, practice, dinner
7-930pm - Dinner, pick up Sky (if needed), read, downtime, finish up last minute work
930pm - Bed, create 𝗤𝕦𝕚𝕔𝕜 𝕃𝕚𝕤𝕥 for next day, read, TikTok
