It is about listening and enjoying. Play the podcast and get engrossed in the story. If my heart gets pulled, I will research from the show notes, get involved and continue to follow. I enjoy the no banter about the weekend or what they did last night. They get to the facts of the story. I am a fan club member after listening for a while so I knew I was hooked. I listen to many other true crime podcasts as well.
In true crime cases there are THE facts which other podcasts cover too, so all the stories are reporting the same facts. They are not plagiarizing each other, but reporting the same facts which can only be reported in so many ways. Please people, let us critically think before we write a review! Also keep in mind you are listening to true crime so if you want something where listener discretion is NOT advised, choose something else.
