Fully addicted!!

Hello, I started listening just a little over a month ago and i am a little ashamed to admit it but… I binged every episode of crime junkie from the very beginning and today I am fully caught up! That means I have listened to 6 years worth of podcast episodes in one month!! Y'all had me hooked in the very first episode. I love this show and y'all as the hosts are incredible. What y'all do is so important and I have gained knowledge that I will carry with me for a lifetime! Much love🫶🏼

Love this podcast!!!

First true crime podcast I’ve listened to and I love them! I’ve tried other podcast but none beat this one! Their voices are so calm and they get to the point and don’t go off topic which I love! 10/10!!

Obsessed!

My daughter is disabled and has had a pretty rough year with surgeries and just overall health issues. At home in bed, in the car driving to appointments, or during hospital stays you two have been a lifesaver!! We listen every day to catch up on old episodes and we absolutely love your take on these stories. Keep up the great work!!! And thank you for our little pieces of respite in all the chaos 🤗🥰

Stop being mean to her she’s better than all y’all so shut up but the podcast is amazing 🤩 I can’t stop listening to it and I brag about it all the time. Don’t listen to the haters they’re just stupid people. I love you Brit 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷 they’re just trying to be mean to you they just want to bring you down but you wanna know something you’re better than them, and you can literally beat them up in a fight trust me you sound amazing

Just found and … love love love

I recently decided to get into podcasts for listening on my way to and from work. When I came across crime junkie let’s just say I instantly fell in love. Ash and Brit are amazing hosts and have amazing shows with in-depth information. I started at the first episode and haven’t been able to stop listening since! This podcast is amazing and I recommend it to anyone and everyone who loves a good crime story now.

The best true crime podcast!!!

Absolutely love this podcast!! I started listening when it first began, but haven’t listened in a bit. Now I’m binge listening all the episodes to catch back up!! Ashley and Brit really put in the work to gather details and tell the stories! If you’re in to True Crime podcasts, I definitely recommend it!!

This is the true crime podcast you’ve been looking for

I cycled through a few and when I found Crime Junkies, I was hooked. It has the right balance of factual storytelling and analysis. At its best, it requires both Ashley AND Britt. When Britt was recovering, it just wasn’t quite the same and hearing her voice again brought a smile to my face. I do really enjoy Ashley’s solo podcast, The Deck, as well. I do agree with some other recent reviews that it gets really heavy when there isn’t a solved crime sprinkled in- yet I understand why. They are very passionate about advocating for victims both deceased and still alive. This means they do tend to focus on bringing attention to unsolved crimes. It does make the solved crime episodes a bit of a breath of fresh air. Their inclusion of minority groups is HUGE for me. Something I deeply appreciate. All that to say give it a listen- appreciate the balance of perspectives and their commitment to advocacy, and it might just become a favorite for you.

My Favorite Podcast!

I am fairly new to the world of podcasts, but this is by far the best one. I have used your podcast to help me study/focus and (despite what gets talked about sometimes) is honestly a real relaxer, which is something I need desperately on a daily basis. They R great!

Ok before typing this review I read all the reviews. I get what you guys mean but I think that they beep the curse words cuz kids could be watching. And they could repeat those words and get in trouble. #2 Im a crime junkie fan! #3 If you look and stop being INCOMPETENT you would see Britt is a host on the show. Yea she doesn't understand a few things but neither do you like ur doing the same thing!#4 Like she has helped me so much and understand these things better. SO IN CONCLUSION STOP BEING DEAF AND OPEN YOUR EARS...

THE ABSOLUTE BEST AND HELPED ME…

i love crime junkie soooo much! my older sister told me about it and i’ve been listening to it since 7th grade. when i was in high school, i was at a school trip and a much older man started talking to me and getting my age and trying to get me to take him to his room, and luckily, someone saw and came over. i always felt like it was my fault, because everyone got mad at ME for being by myself in a hotel LOBBY, and after listening to the Elizabeth Smart episode, it made me want to take action, and it helped me realize it ISNT my fault! and i love how ashley talks like we are besties! her and britt are the best, always with passion to help and i really love it!💕

I love crime Junkies!

Please just have Ashley tell the stories without interruptions from Brit. It’s kind of annoying and don’t add anything important. I love the stories, investigations and the advocacy for families and victims.

Don’t listen to the negative reviews

When I first stumbled upon this podcast I first went to the reviews and at the time they were getting a lot of negative reviews. A lot of people were saying how annoying they find Brit and others were saying stuff about copying other podcasts. I’m a skeptical person by nature but I figured I would still give them a chance. At first I agreed that Brit’s role was kind of annoying. The gasps and the obvious questions… like come on! But the more I listened the better it got. They by far do the best research. They dig in way more than other podcasts. Perfect example would be the Bryce Lispisa case. Yes it’s one of their first cases, but I have listened to multiple other podcasts that cover his case and no other podcast comes close to covering what they did in an hour episode. I have personally come to love Brits role and I’m glad I stuck around to form my own opinion. Love their relationship as co hosts and love the amount of research! It’s definitely not them just reading off the Wikipedia site! Love it!
