Funny and relatable!
Margaret and Amy somehow find a way to make the insane challenges of parenthood funny and relatable. Much like nailing jell-o to a tree, parenting is hard at the best of times. This podcast helps take the sting out of the hard bits.
Best parenting podcast
Best parenting podcast I’ve found. It’s funny, not preachy, and actually talks about real life issues.
I often laugh out loud when I listen
This podcast is funny, smart and relevant to all stages of parenting. I look forward to all the episodes!
WWAMD (What would Amy & Margaret Do?)
After listening for well over a year now, I often find myself wondering what would Amy & Margaret do when I encounter life’s daily surprises & hiccups. This podcast is one of those rare gems - a true, entertaining delight, combined with valuable & productive insights. Listening to them chat about topics that are also on mind feels like a great & meaningful gab sesh with girlfriends. I feel seen, heard…and most importantly, not crazy! Thanks for doing what you do ladies - please know you are a bright and funny light in an insanely busy season of life! Amy, I hope your piles are perfectly even before Christmas Day, and Margaret I hope you enjoy seasonal peanut brittle until your heart’s content!
My favorite parenting podcast!
This is the perfect parenting podcast—interesting and informative topics, great dynamic between the hosts, and fun to listen to. I always come away feeling like I just hung out with two friends who totally get it, and I appreciate the new perspectives and humor they infuse into the topics. Also, if you’re looking for a gift for yourself, I highly recommend subscribing! The show’s ads aren’t bad, but it’s so satisfying to listen to episodes without interruptions (at least from ads—kid interruptions are another story lol). The bonus episodes are fun, too!
Fantastic
One of my fav parenting podcasts.
Best parenting podcast
WFH makes me laugh and provides great advice each episode. It feels like catching up with girlfriends!
Love!
My favorite podcast-these ladies are funny!
Love it!
I’ve listened for years and have heard nearly every episode. You are a bright spot in my week!
I love them
This has become my favourite parenting podcast. I love how genuine, relatable and funny Margaret and Amy are - more so than most other parenting podcasts home. And I love their regular mix of episodes - such a great balance of content. Please never stop this podcast!
Light yet informative
As a mom and psychologist, I appreciate how this podcast provides evidences based information in an approachable format.
My ABSOLUTE FAVOURITE podcast
This is my all-time favourite podcast, and I listen to quite a few podcasts. Most parenting and motherhood podcasts that I have listened to make me feel like I’m doing it all wrong, but Amy and Margaret do such an amazing job of combining research and studies with the real-life struggles and challenges of being a mom (or dad) in this decade. Thank you Amy and Margaret for everything you do. This podcast is so comforting, inspiring and relatable. Keep it up!
A definite must listen!
Just this morning I was yet again losing the battle of getting both of my kids out the door to school- when I got in the car for my daily commute I turned on WFH for some comic relief and commiseration! So thankful for Margaret and Amy and the entire WFH community!
Enjoyable
The hour these gals create uplifts me and builds me a compass to get me through this motherhood journey. Keep sharing and creating ladies!
Favorite parenting podcast
Margaret and Amy strike the perfect balance between informative and fun to listen to. They have so many relevant episodes that spread the course of time whether you’re expecting, or a new mom, young children or a mom of young adults. I find them so enjoyable to listen to and highly recommend this as a go-to parenting podcast!
Love Margret and Amy!!
I’ve enjoyed this podcast for years now. They are a good mix of humor, personal anecdotes (from them and listeners) and actual topic research. Very entertaining and feels like you are listening to 2 friends. The Ask Margret/Amy eps are great when you need a short distracting listen. They take each question seriously and give real solid practical advice, not just a vague answer. For anyone wondering, you can tell they are politically liberal but they don’t hit you over the head with it and aren’t obnoxious about it. So that’s win as well. Definitely give them a try!
Favorite podcast
The most relatable parenting podcast there is!
Thank you
The information episode was a great listen
A gem
I listen to each episode as soon as it airs. One of my can’t miss podcasts.
Funny and relatable
I love listening to these two funny women so much that I pay for the monthly membership for more episodes. Their conversations are hilarious and informative, and I love the scripted comedy segments. Give it a listen!
Listen to it every week!
I love this show, it’s one that I wait for the new episodes to drop weekly so that I can listen to them right away. Margaret & Amy are easy to listen to and have the perfect mix of parenting humor and information, and I feel like I always take something good away. I love sharing episodes with other moms.
Great show

Recommend to Every Mom
I started listening to WFH about a year ago, and now I don’t miss a show. I’m Actually going back thru the archives so I don’t miss anything, they are so funny, real and provide a good range of parenting views. Thanks Margaret & Amy! I also love all of the interviews with authors, and being offered some real- life mom conversations & humor mixed in with deeper dives into so many topics makes this my go-to podcast recommendation!
Listen with caution
You will likely laugh out loud listening to this podcast, so be prepared if you are in public! I have to put in a plug for the paid subscription. The bonus episodes are Margaret and Amy talking about random hilarious things and they bring me inexplicable amounts of joy. There are 2 kinds of people who talk a lot, the ones you wish would stop talking and the ones you could listen to all day, Margaret and Amy are the latter and I’m so thankful to have them!
